We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99 for orders under $100 and offer free shipping for orders over $100 (within the USA). All fees are due immediately and non-refundable except as otherwise provided in our Refund Policy.

If your product is not shipped or delivered within fourteen (14) days after purchase, you may request a refund of the transaction amount by contacting us at info@gagarx.com or by submitting a request via our Contact Form.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once approved.
